About the Role

Our life science global organisation is undergoing a transformation programme focused on improving how regulatory submissions are delivered - faster, more efficiently, and with high-quality data at the core. As part of this, they are hiring two Data & Documents Specialists to support portfolio teams by ensuring documentation, data, and processes are aligned for timely and compliant regulatory submissions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a shared regulatory inbox and coordinating incoming requests
  • Ensuring documents are uploaded, tracked, and maintained accurately and on time
  • Supporting the preparation of regulatory submissions by ensuring all required data and documentation is complete
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to chase, validate, and organise key submission materials
  • Maintaining strong data quality and document control standards
  • Supporting regulatory and portfolio teams during a period of operational transformation
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What They're Looking For

  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or Document/Data Management
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience managing large volumes of documentation or regulatory data
  • Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation environment
  • Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, pharma, medical devices, agrochemicals) is highly desirable
