Are you passionate about employer branding, campaign performance and building talent pipelines that actually convert?
I am working with a well-known National Institution in their search to hire a Talent Attraction Consultant to help shape how they attract, engage and win top talent.
This isn't a traditional recruitment role - it's about the strategy before the hire. You'll lead the development of a talent attraction strategy that strengthens employer brand, optimises campaign activity and builds sustainable pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and delivering talent attraction strategies aligned to workforce plans and business priorities
- Championing the Employer Value Proposition across all attraction activity
- Creating employer brand campaigns and attraction content that lands
- Managing relationships with external attraction agencies and recruitment marketing partners
- Analysing labour market trends, campaign performance and recruitment data to drive insight-led decisions
- Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues
- Championing inclusive attraction strategies and a best-in-class candidate experience
- Continuously innovating attraction approaches based on market insight
Initially you'll oversee performance of external attraction partners, with a clear opportunity over time to help build out in-house attraction capability - a genuine chance to shape the function's future direction.
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Experience managing recruitment marketing or attraction agencies
- Strong understanding of digital attraction channels and campaign optimisation
- Confidence using recruitment analytics to improve outcomes
- Experience developing an Employee Value Proposition
- Familiarity with recruitment CRM platforms and talent communities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A commercially aware, analytical, curious and innovative mindset
The Package
- Salary up to Β£60,000
- Hybrid working with 3 days per week in our Basingstoke office
- 25 days' annual leave plus
