We’re hiring a Senior Support Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line support and enhancement for a business‑critical pension administration platform.
This is a hands‑on role working across platforms like Compendia, Oracle Fusion, and legacy ERP, ensuring systems perform reliably while adapting to change.

What you’ll do
- Resolve incidents and escalations across core platforms
- Support and test integrations (Oracle Fusion & pension systems)
- Monitor performance and drive improvements
- Work with vendors, infrastructure, and business teams
- Support changes driven by regulation and pension landscape evolution
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience with pension admin platforms (Compendia essential)
- Knowledge of pension processes, calculations, and workflows
- Understanding of data interfaces, backend structures, and integrations
- Experience in 2nd/3rd line support within complex environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills
