Android Developer – Contract

  • MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR BPSS
  • Location: Sheffield
  • Duration: 30/12/2025

Role Description:. Experience in working in an agile and DevOps environment.· Proficiency in Kotlin and Java with understanding of Android framework and libraries.· Experience in Android development tolls such as Android Studio, Gradle and Git.· Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design pattern and best practices.· Familiar with RESTful APIs, JSON, network framework and third party library integration.· Experience in handling performance optimisation, memory management and app security.· Good to have knowledge about testing frameworks.· Solid understanding of mobile app development life cycle.· Hand on experience on Version Control Systems & collaborative development tool.
