Job Description

Role - Conference Administrator

Contract length - 33 working days

Part-time - 3 days per week

Start date is ideally Monday 01/09/25 and end date will be Monday 17/11/25

Hybrid role - 3 days in the office with some flex once they are set up and running in the role

Location - Brighton, BN1

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing speaker changes and cancellations as well as updating information on our online agenda and on-site documents
  • Helping to collect missing information (e.g. headshots, mobile telephone numbers, presentation titles…), and follow-up emails
  • Producing onsite holding slides
  • Other general administrative tasks in support of the conference deliver

Skills & Experience:

  • Several years solid administrative experience
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving issues efficiently..
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
