The Workday HCM & Financials Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training solutions that enable effective adoption of Workday Human Capital Management and Financials modules across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Strategy & Design
- Develop and maintain a Workday training strategy aligned to programme and business objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis across HR, Finance, and broader user groups
- Design role-based learning journeys for different audiences
- Content Development
- Create instructor-led training materials, E-learning, and job aids
- Ensure content reflects configured Workday processes and data
- Manage updates to training materials post go-live and during releases
- Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom-based and virtual training for HR, Finance, managers, and end users
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions where appropriate
- Adapt delivery to suit different learning styles and system familiarity levels
