Join our established Platform team to support and maintain critical storage infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot production issues, manage storage systems, and contribute to service improvements.
Responsibilities
- Resolve production incidents independently
- Perform patching, storage allocation, scripting, and backups
- Prioritise tasks and maintain technical documentation
- Linux command line, ServiceNow
- Storage provisioning across IBM estate
- Awareness of availability impacts
- AWS knowledge, Agile experience
- VMware (vSphere, vRealize), Cisco UCS, HPE
- Understanding of virtualisation architectures
