What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating digital activity across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates
- Managing agency relationships and ensuring campaigns run accurately and on time
- Owning the cross‑channel testing roadmap and optimisation activity
- Consolidating performance reporting and turning data into actionable insight
- Supporting SEO initiatives and ensuring alignment with wider digital strategy
- Overseeing tracking and tagging implementation to maintain data accuracy
- Working cross‑functionally to ensure digital activity supports wider marketing objectives
What we’re looking for:
- 2 to 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, agency or in‑house
- Experience across Paid Search, Paid Social (Meta) and Affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience supporting testing frameworks and optimisation strategies
- Knowledge of tracking and tagging using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- Highly organised, detail driven and confident managing multiple stakeholders
Location: Central London, 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote
