b Overview /b p In this role you will support pension operations for a large banking client, focusing on DC pensions and transition activities. You will work with payroll, HR and pension providers to ensure accurate data, timely processing and compliant reporting across multiple entities. The position involves data reconciliation, handling employee pension queries, and supporting a major pension transition program. You will contribute to data workstreams, testing, and rollout of pension reporting, helping to sustain smooth day-to-day BAU and critical peak periods. This hybrid role offers collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with a clear focus on data accuracy and process改善 /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage monthly pension contribution processing across multiple Group entities (pre- and post-commit payroll) /li li Complete pension file reconciliations and resolve data/discrepancies /li li Liaise with Payroll, HR, and pension providers to resolve queries and implement updates /li li Handle simple to complex pension queries from employees via pension/HR channels /li li Support annual pension activities (salary reviews, data renewals, bonus waiver) including calculations and provider payments /li li Provide operational support during high-volume pension periods /li li Assist the pension transition project by owning the Data Workstream and coordinating with payroll providers to reconfigure reports /li li Coordinate testing and rollout of pension reporting across seven Group companies /li li Review pension data/reports and drive issue resolution with stakeholders /li li Maintain and update pension procedures, controls, and documentation post-transition /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Several years of DC pensions experience /li li Strong knowledge of pensions administration and processes /li li Working knowledge of UK pension tax rules /li li Experience with pension contributions, payroll processes and data reconciliation /li li Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, calculations, reconciliation, data manipulation) /li li Strong data analysis and problem-solving with attention to detail /li li Ability to resolve straightforward and complex pension queries /li li Strong stakeholder management across Payroll, HR, pension providers and business teams /li li Ability to manage BAU activities alongside transition/project deliverables in a fast-paced environment /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li attention to detail /li li problem-solving /li li Microsoft Excel /li li data analysis /li li pensions administration /li /ul
