What you'll be doingIn this role, you'll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand their goals and translate them into well‐defined technical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting deep‐dive analysis of business requirements and spotting opportunities to improve processes through technologyPartnering with stakeholders to understand needs and develop strong business cases for new solutionsCollaborating with technical teams to design and develop IT systems, applications and data‐driven toolsAnalysing and documenting business requirements, including detailed functional and non‐functional specificationsProducing and maintaining business documentation such as business cases, user stories and acceptance criteriaContributing to project planning, resource planning and testing strategiesLeading testing and quality‐assurance activities to ensure solutions meet both user expectations and technical standardsIdentifying and documenting business benefits and ROI, and supporting teams to realise those benefitsDeveloping and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture, data models and technical specificationsWhat you'll bringWe're looking for someone who naturally sits at the intersection of business and technology - curious, analytical, and confident working with a range of stakeholders.
