The Role

  • Act as the design authority for key technology initiatives, working closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Manage technology risk throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams to drive successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or technical domain expert delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Strong background in enterprise and solution architecture.
  • Experience leading significant elements of product delivery, systems development or transformation programmes.

  • Experience operating within highly secure or complex organisational environments.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience within architecture teams.
