Overview
In this role you will coordinate large or complex data initiatives within a pension administration environment. You will support cross-functional teams on intricate pension scheme projects and ensure outputs meet scheme rules and compliance standards. You will validate calculations, build testing matrices, and help identify process improvements. This position offers the chance to impact data quality and project delivery in a specialist pensions setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate large or complex data initiatives
- Review colleagues' work for accuracy and compliance with scheme rules and legislation
- Support team on complex pension scheme projects
- Check calculations and outputs of complex data exercises
- Build calculation matrices to test system calculations against expected outputs
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
Key requirements
- In-depth knowledge of DB occupational pension schemes
- Relevant degree, QPA, or PMI progress desirable
- Experience in pension administration
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
