Working closely with Financial Services leadership and Group Marketing, you'll own the acquisition strategy across direct and digital channels, turning commercial objectives into effective growth plans, customer propositions and measurable results.What you'll be doingOwn and deliver the acquisition and growth strategy across key Financial Services products.Lead activity across web, app, CRM, email, SMS, paid media, SEO, content and social.Use customer, market and competitor insight to identify new growth opportunities.Measure and optimise performance across CAC, CPL, conversion, applications and ROI.Drive a test-and-learn approach, identifying where to scale, optimise or shift investment.Work closely with Product, Digital, CRM, Data, Brand, Compliance, Legal and external partners.Ensure activity meets FCA, Consumer Duty, financial promotions and GDPR requirements.Strong experience in acquisition, growth or performance marketing within Financial Services or another FCA-regulated environment.A proven track record of delivering measurable customer and commercial growth.Strong knowledge of digital acquisition, performance marketing and lifecycle/CRM.Experience using data, testing and attribution to optimise marketing performance.Good understanding of FCA requirements, Consumer Duty and financial promotions.Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills.
