IT Service Delivery Manager (Contract)Location: London We're looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure the reliable, high‐quality delivery of IT products and services.
This role suits someone proactive, detail‐driven and determined to root‐cause issues before they impact customers.
You'll work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to align IT service delivery with product roadmaps and business objectives.
What you'll be doing Owning the delivery of IT products and services to agreed SLAs and product requirements Collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate product needs into effective service delivery Coordinating delivery teams to ensure efficient, high‐quality outcomes Monitoring service performance, identifying trends and driving improvements Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalate Working with product operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Reporting on service performance, availability and customer satisfaction What we're looking for Must‐have: Demonstrable experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager Strong IT service management background (e. g.
