Financial Services Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experience IAM/PAM Business Analyst, the client is undertaking a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IAM Business Analyst to play a key role in the migration to a future-state IAM platform and operating model.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Security teams and Business Stakeholders, you will help analyse current processes, improve controls, support access migration activities and ensure business requirements are translated into practical technology solutions.
This role would suit someone who combines strong analytical and data skills with a solid understanding of IAM concepts, governance and access management processes.
This role is based in London.
This role will be Via Umbrella.
Working in a Hybrid Model of 2 days a week on site.
Key Responsibilities IAM Process Analysis & Improvement Analyse existing IAM processes, controls and operating procedures - Cyber Ark Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Document and support implementation of enhanced IAM processes and governance controls.
IAM Transformation & Migration Support the migration from existing IAM capabilities to a future-state IAM platform.
Assist with migration planning, dependency management, tracking and execution activities.
Work alongside technical teams to ensure successful onboarding of applications and access models.
Business Analysis Elicit, document and refine requirements from technical and business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Support solution design discussions and bridge communication between business and engineering teams.
IAM Role & Access Model Support Analyse user access, entitlements, application permissions and role structures.
Support RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) initiatives and access governance improvements.
Assist with role design, access reviews and migration of permissions into the new IAM platform.
Data Analysis Extract, cleanse, compare and analyse IAM-related datasets.
Support data reconciliation and validation activities.
Identify inconsistencies and provide recommendations based on findings.
Documentation & Governance Produce high-quality process documentation, requirements artefacts, user stories, decision papers and implementation plans.
Support governance forums, stakeholder workshops and project reporting activities.
Project Delivery Work closely with the Project Manager to track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Take ownership of smaller deliverables and work packages where appropriate.
