Overview

In this role you drive product-led transformation initiatives within a major programme, collaborating with product, data and technology teams. You’ll deliver end-to-end change across business units, shaping the rollout of AI and digital tools. You’ll engage senior stakeholders with clear narratives and manage delivery to achieve measurable outcomes. This hands-on position suits a consultant-level professional who thrives in ambiguous, high-impact environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects delivering product-led change across business units
  • Improve processes through operational planning and execution for measurable outcomes
  • Engage senior stakeholders with clear storytelling and influence direction
  • Collaborate with data science and tech teams to implement changes on the product roadmap
  • Bring structure and pace to fast-moving, ambiguous problems
  • Own programme delivery and meet KPIs and SLAs to drive impact

Key requirements

  • Management consulting experience (ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, QuantumBlack, or BCG X) or aviation industry experience
  • Experience driving adoption and rollout of AI or digital tools
  • Strong background in operational improvement, transformation, or process design
  • Confident with senior stakeholders and capable of influencing through structured thinking
  • Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Experience as Project Leader or Engagement Manager
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects
