You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products.

The team are looking for a Configuration / Business Systems Analyst to work within a collaborative technology team, to play a key role in supporting business-critical applications, evaluating business and system requirements, configuring and supporting business applications, producing and maintaining technical documentation, and supporting the testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of systems.

Reporting to the Lead Configuration Developer in the team and the role will be responsible for managing the ongoing build and maintenance of the application set.

You will support a portfolio of Exposure Risk Management applications used across the business to support underwriting, risk assessment, and modelling activities.

Main responsibilities: Support, administer and maintain a portfolio of Exposure Risk Management applications.

Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests, and technical issues.

Liaise with third-party vendors to manage support cases, issue resolution, upgrades, and service delivery.

Coordinate application maintenance, releases, upgrades, and deployment activities.

Manage and prioritise work across Jira and Service Now queues.

Develop, maintain, and enhance operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.

Assist with testing activities, release validation, and user acceptance processes.
