Overview
In this role, you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for a critical pension administration platform, ensuring incidents are managed and resolved promptly.
You’ll work closely with technical and operational teams to test integrations, support regulatory-driven changes, and drive system stability.
The position sits at the intersection of pension end-to-end processes, integration testing (Oracle Fusion), and service improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the pension administration platform
- Monitor, manage and resolve incidents with appropriate prioritisation
- Escalate complex issues to vendors and manage resolution communications
- Test integrations between Oracle Fusion and pension platforms
- Support system changes driven by regulatory and business developments
- Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain relationships with infrastructure, development and business teams
- Support development and enhancement of pension administration solutions
- Key requirements
- Experience supporting pension administration platforms, ideally EQ Compendia 6.8x
- Installation, migration, troubleshooting and support of pension administration apps
- Knowledge of pension systems such as Compendia, Hartlink, UPM or Intelli Pen
- Understanding of pension workflows, calculations, controls and administration processes
- Experience with pension data interfaces, backend structures and integrations
- Knowledge of public sector pension schemes (Classic, Classic Plus, Premium, Nuvos, Alpha)
