Our client is a global insurance business looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. As an HRIS Analyst, you will deliver a comprehensive and professional global Workday/HR technical service to managers and employees in line with Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday
- Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes
- Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems
- Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’s
- Assist with system changes and upgrades
- Ensure Workday integration with key business systems
- Provide training and support for stakeholders
Experience:
- Experience with Talent & Performance modules.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
- Technical skills across a wide range of technology products
- Operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
- Excellent HR experience and knowledge
Location: Predominantly remote with occasional travel to their London office.
