This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating essential field operations, ensuring work is delivered efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
The Role
As a Planning Technician, you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing a high volume of reactive and customer-driven work, including repairs and streetworks activity. You'll act as the central point of contact between field teams, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring work is prioritised effectively, delivered in line with SLAs, and communicated clearly throughout. This is a fast-paced, operational environment where no two days are the same, and the ability to balance competing priorities is essential.
