We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to support a major enterprise-wide digital transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in defining and delivering a large-scale Digital Future strategy that will modernise business processes, operating models, and ways of working across a complex organisation. Working closely with senior leadership, external consultancy partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help drive strategic transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of a large-scale digital transformation strategy.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, technology, change, and operational teams.
- Manage governance, programme reporting, actions, risks, and dependencies.
- Work closely with senior executives and steering committees to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Manage relationships with external consultancy partners and vendors.
- Support business case development, budget management, and benefits tracking.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations, papers, and programme updates.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ensure programme activities align with governance frameworks and organisational objectives.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise‑wide digital transformation programmes.
- Strong programme/project management background within complex organisations.
- Experience leading business transformation and organisational change initiatives, not solely technology implementation.
- Proven delivery of large-scale, multi‑workstream programmes (£5m+ preferred).
- Experience managing external consultancies, suppliers, and delivery partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive and board‑level audiences.
- Experience working with PMO, business analysis, change management, and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of governance, business case development, and benefits realisation.
