b Overview /b p In this Delivery Lead role, you will steer complex technology and business change within a large banking environment, coordinating across Technology, Business and Architecture. You’ll translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and guide cross-technology delivery with senior stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days on-site in Edinburgh or London, and focuses on end-to-end outcomes rather than a single technology domain. You’ll shape programmes from early stages and help drive transformation at scale. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead end-to-end technology and business transformation programmes /li li Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to define and deliver programme outcomes /li li Collaborate with Architects and senior stakeholders to set delivery strategy and direction /li li Translate strategic objectives into delivery plans, milestones and outcomes /li li Manage delivery across multiple technology areas, teams and dependencies /li li Build credible stakeholder relationships across the organisation /li li Govern risks, issues, dependencies and governance with proper escalation /li li Provide clear reporting on progress, priorities and challenges /li li Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and bring structure where needed /li li Adopt a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery and issue resolution /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience as a Delivery Lead, Senior Project Manager or Technology Programme Manager /li li Track record delivering large-scale technology transformations from a programme perspective /li li Experience delivering across multiple technology disciplines (not limited to Cloud or Infrastructure) /li li Strong strategic delivery background in early-stage programme shaping /li li Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills /li li Comfort with complex, fast-moving environments and ambiguity /li li Strong understanding of Digital and Cloud technology transformation /li li Delivery governance, risk management and problem-solving capabilities /li li Banking domain experience preferred (High Street/Retail; Digital Mobile Banking; Cards/Loans; Mortgages) /li li Experience in Financial Planning and/or Wealth Management advantageous /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Influencing and relationship-building /li li Communication and reporting /li li Digital transformation /li li Cloud transformation /li li Delivery governance and risk management /li /ul
