The OpportunityAs HR Business Partner, you will: Partner with managers to deliver key people initiatives including performance management, talent reviews and pay reviews.
Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence, conduct, capability and organisational change.
Support business developments, acquisitions and change programmes through effective people-focused planning.
Drive talent and succession planning activities to build future leadership capability.
Coach and develop managers to improve people management skills and employee engagement.
Analyse HR data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Champion company values and help foster a positive, high-performing culture.
About YouWe're looking for a commercially minded HR professional who can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You'll ideally have: Experienced Generalist HR Business Partner experience within retail or a fast-paced multi-site environmentStrong employee relations expertiseExperience supporting managers through change and organisational developmentExcellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelTUPE experience would be advantageousCIPD qualificationWhat's on Offer?
