Overview
In this role you will drive business analysis within a large asset management transformation. You will collaborate with Finance, Technology, Engineering and Transformation teams to elicit and prioritize requirements, map current and future processes, and identify improvements. You will support solution assessments, market engagement and supplier evaluations, helping to drive consensus across complex stakeholders. This contract role focuses on modernising financial processes, reducing spreadsheet dependency, and delivering an integrated digital operating model. You will contribute to shaping a scalable, compliant finance function that supports the organisation's transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document and prioritise business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Map current-state and future-state business processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and operating model changes
- Support solution assessments, market engagement and supplier evaluations
- Drive consensus across a complex stakeholder landscape
Key requirements
- Strong transformation programme experience
- Excellent process mapping and requirements gathering skills
- Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
- Experience within finance, asset management, ERP, regulatory or compliance-led environments
