We are working with an award-winning digital experience studio that sits at the heart of a leading creative partnership. This team designs, builds, and evolves digital products and services used by millions - spanning high-traffic platforms, innovative product builds, and emerging AI-driven experiences.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you will balance architecture, delivery, and people leadership. You will work across multiple concurrent projects, from large site builds and micro-sites to experimental AI initiatives and commercially released products.

You will lead multidisciplinary developers, working closely with design, UX, product, strategy, and delivery teams - and you will be a visible technical voice with both internal stakeholders and clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning technical discovery and defining architecture across web, product, app, and AI-enabled platforms
  • Hands-on where needed - reviewing PRs, guiding implementation, and supporting problem-solving
  • Overseeing hosting and infrastructure within Azure
  • Championing quality, performance and test automation, including end-to-end testing with Playwright
  • Translating complex technical considerations into clear, pragmatic guidance for non-technical stakeholders
  • Supporting a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and delivery needs to keep pace

What we are looking for:

  • Strong experience leading technical delivery within a digital agency or consultancy environment
  • A solid backend background in C# / ASP.NET Core, with full-stack awareness
  • Experience across both frontend and backend challenges - reactive frameworks experience welcome
  • Deep familiarity with Azure, including CI/CD and Azure DevOps
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and deliver under pressure
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and 'controlled chaos' at pace

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating Azure AI Services or OpenAI APIs
  • Python exposure, particularly in AI or data-driven contexts
  • Low-code / no-code tools (e.g. Webflow) for rapid prototyping
  • Client-facing experience presenting technical roadmaps and trade-offs

If you want real technical influence, high-profile work and the backing of a top-tier creative partnership, this is it.
