The predicted salary is between 29250 - 35750 £ per year.
This is a demand-led, part-time role providing accounting support, with increased input during quarterly reporting, year-end and audit periods.
Day to day, the role will involve:
- Reviewing and revising the draft 2025/26 annual accounts, incorporating agreed audit adjustments, and completing year-end closure within SAGE.
- Making agreed corrections to accounting records within SAGE, including invoices, credit notes and bank charges.
- Supporting quarterly financial reporting, including accruals and reversals.
- Developing management, cashflow and budget monitoring reports within SAGE.
- Supporting preparation of the 2026/27 budget and future year forecasting.
- Preparing, examining and certifying the annual accounts in line with the Financial Reporting Manual (FReM), and supporting the external audit process.
- Advising on improvements to financial processes and automation within SAGE.
