The Product Manager is an operator-owner accountable for turning complex business problems into durable product and system solutions. The role exists to drive outcomes, not ship features. This PM operates at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy, owning both what gets built and why it matters, with direct accountability for impact.

What You Will Do

  • Own the problem end-to-end
  • Take accountability for poorly defined, high-impact problems across digital and operational domains
  • Decide what not to build as much as what to build, based on evidence and impact
  • Make trade-offs explicitly and stand behind them
  • Operate like a founder inside the organisation
  • Treat products, platforms, or operating models as things you personally own
  • Define success metrics, track them rigorously, and intervene when outcomes stall
  • Kill or pivot initiatives when data shows diminishing returns
  • Drive transformation through product
  • Design new operating models enabled by systems, data, and workflows
  • Lead delivery through ambiguity, imperfect information, and organisational resistance
  • Partner with engineering, data and operations to ship solutions that materially change performance
  • Influence without hiding behind hierarchy
  • Work directly with senior leaders to shape direction, challenge priorities, and align execution
  • Build credibility through delivery, not reporting
  • Translate complexity into clear decisions and action

What 'Good' Looks Like

  • Clear before-and-after outcomes tied to revenue, efficiency, risk reduction, or customer experience
  • Teams and stakeholders rely on you to 'run the problem'
  • Solutions stick because ownership is embedded, not outsourced

Background We're Looking For

  • Combination of top-tier consulting thinking and hands-on product ownership
  • Experience in startups, scale-ups, or PE-backed environments where accountability is real
  • Evidence of building, scaling, or decisively stopping products or platforms
  • Comfort being uncomfortable, making calls with incomplete data, and owning the result
