As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work across complex technology and infrastructure change projects, helping to shape and deliver strategic outcomes within a highly regulated environment. The Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the definition, analysis and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and technology change initiatives. You will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements and successful delivery outcomes. This role is focused on technology modernisation programmes, including legacy platform transformation, cloud adoption, infrastructure refresh, operational resilience improvements and technical debt reduction. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements. Produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with a broad range of stakeholders. Support prioritisation activities and collaborate with delivery teams to manage backlogs and dependencies. Work closely with architects, engineers and project leadership to ensure solutions align to strategic objectives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. Analyse current and future-state operating models, business processes and technology impacts. Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement. Support testing, implementation and transition activities throughout the project lifecycle.
