Workday Financials Programme Director - Umbrella Rate
Our client, a leading global financial services client, are recruiting for a Workday Financials Implementation Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis
Hybrid working and some European travel required
Role and experience:
- Program Director experience leading complex ERP or financial systems implementations.
- Experience managing Workday Financials implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions.
- Strong background in the Financial Services industry (Insurance Broking, Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, etc.), understanding sector-specific financial processes and regulatory landscapes.
- Proven ability to manage third-party systems integrators, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning) is a plus.
- Exposure to an ERP implementation within a SOX control environment is a plus.
