Are you an experienced Enterprise or Solution Architect who thrives in complex banking environments?

We're recruiting for two Enterprise Solution Architect positions to play a critical role in shaping, designing and delivering strategic technology solutions across a major banking organisation.

These roles will suit architects who can combine strong technical leadership with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, operating confidently at Managing Director and Executive level while remaining hands-on in architecture development and solution design.

  • Technical Environment
  • The successful candidates will have strong experience designing solutions across:

Essential Experience

  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or Senior Solution Architect within Banking.
  • Strong Retail Banking and/or Credit Cards experience.
  • Proven ability to operate at enterprise scale across complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and business stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering architecture from concept through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of modern architecture principles and patterns.
  • Experience driving architectural governance and technology strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently whilst providing architectural leadership across multiple teams.
