We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within a complex, global environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad identity landscape, driving strategic architecture, governance, resilience, and modernisation initiatives.
KeyResponsibilities
- Defineanddeliveridentityarchitecturealignedtobusinessandsecuritystrategy.
- LeadthedesignofenterpriseIAMsolutionsacrossEntraID,PAM,IGA,ZeroTrust,HybridIdentity,andIdentityResilience.
- ProduceandmaintainarchitectureartefactsincludingHLDs,LLDs,standards,roadmaps,andreferencearchitectures.
- Providetechnicalleadershipandguidancetoengineering,security,andcloudteamsoncomplexidentityinitiatives.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience working as an Identity Architect within large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Azure
- Hybrid Identity
- Federation
- Authentication and Authorisation
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions and transformation programmes.
- Experience working in the Insurance or Banking Sector
