Programme Manager - £333 per day - 13 Weeks (Predominantly Remote)
Lorien is supporting a key public sector client in the recruitment of an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-profile service redesign and organisational change initiative. This role will focus on workforce transition, governance, implementation planning and embedding new operating models across a complex stakeholder environment.

Duration: 13 Weeks Initially with potential 13 week extension
Location: Inverness (Predominantly Remote with occasional travel to Inverness office)
Rate: £333 per day
Essential Skills, Competences, Experience and Relevant Qualifications
* Significant experience leading complex organisational change and service redesign programmes.
* Experience implementing new organisational structures and operating models.
* Demonstrable experience delivering workforce transition, restructuring and consultation activity.
* Experience working closely with senior leadership teams, HR functions and key stakeholders.
* Strong governance, programme management and implementation planning experience.
* Experience developing transition plans and embedding new ways of working.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience managing programme risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones.
* Experience facilitating workshops and supporting teams through organisational change.
* Experience producing reports, updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
* Public sector experience.
* Experience within local government environments.
* Experience leading organisational redesign or transformation programmes.
* Knowledge of workforce planning and organisational development practices.
* Relevant Programme, Project or Change Management qualifications.
