These roles will focus on upgrading enterprise applications across the estate and helping design future upgrade paths and strategies. The successful candidates will bring hands-on experience upgrading applications across a range of technologies in Windows and Linux environments, ideally gained in other large-scale organisations. Strong automation skills are essential, as the team is building tooling to streamline and standardise application and infrastructure upgrades going forward. These roles work closely with both application and infrastructure teams across the Bank, so clear, confident communication is important - you'll need to translate technical detail for different audiences and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.
