Our client, a large international freight forwarder, is now seeking an experienced Export Road Freight Operator to work within their European groupage department as part of a large team.
Role:
- Handling European export groupage services.
- Arranging movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national.
- Liaising with customers, overseas partners, and suppliers.
- Manually calculating costs and charges.
- Dealing with customs paperwork.
Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Depending on experience.
Requirements
- Must have a good understanding of European road freight, with at least 2 years’ experience.
- Understanding of taxable kilos.
- Good customer service skills.
- Experience with customs paperwork.
