Our client, a well-renowned International Freight Forwarder, is now seeking an experienced European Road Freight Groupage Operator to work in their office based in Stanford Le Hope.
Role:
- Working within a department of 15 people, part of a wider team of 50.
- Arranging movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national.
- Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Must have a good understanding of European road freight, at least 2 years’ experience.
- Capable of manually calculating costs and charges.
- Understanding of taxable kilos.
- Experience with Customs paperwork.
- Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
