Job Description
Our client an international Road Freight Operator is now seeking and experienced Road Freight Operator.
Role:
Working within a large operations department on the European Import desk.
Arranging movement offreightfrom origin to final destination, both international and national.
Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers.
Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm.
Training.
JobTypes: Full-time, Permanent
Salary - £35k depending on experience.
Requirements
Skills required:
Must have a good understanding ofEuropeanroadfreight, at least 2 years’ experience.
Capable of manually calculating costs and charges.
Understanding of taxable kilos.
Experience with Customs paperwork.
Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
