Warehouse Logistics Manager Our clients are a well established freight forwarders covering Air, Road and Sea freight operations as well as Warehouse storage and operations and are currently looking for a Warehouse and Logistics manager to oversee Warehouse and Logistics operations. Purpose of the role: You will oversee operational performance across warehouse facilities, ensuring efficient cargo handling, compliant documentation, and seamless coordination between warehouse, transport, and customs functions. Duties will include: Lead warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring consistent service levels, SOPs, and compliance standards. Oversee receiving, breakdown, build up, storage, and dispatch of air, sea, and road freight cargo. Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams across both sites, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage staffing levels, shift patterns, training, and performance reviews. Build strong communication channels between warehouse, transport, customs, and operational teams. Ensure correct handling of general cargo, hazardous goods, temperature-controlled shipments, and high-value consignments.
