The College is looking to appoint a highly organised, enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team to provide high quality administrative support to the Deputy Principal and Vice Principals for Curriculum. This role requires high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and respond accordingly to a change in priorities.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial assistance to the Senior Leadership Team. This will include:

  • Managing their diaries
  • Arranging and minuting meetings
  • Managing all correspondence

You will also, when needed, support the wider Senior Management Team and act as the main point of contact in the administration of college trips.
