Loreto College is hiring a Pathways Job Coach to support learners with SEND in a supported internship programme. You will help 16- to 19-year-olds secure substantial work placements, develop their job search skills, and provide classroom and workplace coaching to help them achieve their learning goals.
You will also work on building partnerships with local employers and promoting the benefits of employing people with SEND, including travel training and supporting independent travel.
