What positions do we offer?
Apprenticeship
It takes 18 months to get an NVQ or 3 years to obtain a degree where you’ll learn in one of our core functions. Your degree would be through University of West London or your NVQ is through Bauer. The salary is £24,000 per annum (with annual increases). But don’t worry, we pay for your education as well!
Management Trainee Program
The program lasts 18 months (3 x 6-month rotations), in one of Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or Commercial.
Internships
Either 1 year long in your placement year between the 2nd and 3rd year of your degree or 10 weeks long over the summer before you return back to University in the September
