You will coach on service, product knowledge and selling skills, monitor performance and address gaps while maintaining brand standards and standards of luxury counter presentation.
You will lead HR processes, ensure stock accuracy, and drive exceptional consumer experiences in a premium beauty environment, reporting to the Retail Area Manager.
