A DAY IN THE LIFE

Accountability of the delivery of an annual performance media revenue target, and ROI. Drive forward the planning and execution of mid & lower funnel media plans, and always on performance media strategy to fuel ACD ecommerce growth across our owned websites and retail partners. You will be responsible for the execution of the ACD UKI always on paid performance budget, working with agencies & retailers to ensure a positive return on ad‑spend across campaigns. Supporting in the management of growing media budgets. Use analytics and work closely with our agency partners to identify and analyze channel, audience, creative and retailer performance, to inform both inflight optimizations and year to go planning. Partner and build a close relationship with marketing, commercial teams and retailers to ensure the execution of holistic, full funnel media campaigns, and the most strategic roll out. Monitor wider marketing strategies (Online & Offline) to build integrated, engaging consumer‑first / full funnel media plans that grow market share. Experience with social media strategy and tactics preferred (Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, Meta).

2P / Retailer Media & Category Eventing

Lead LDB retailer media relationships (THG Media & BMG) negotiating plans to land revenue driving media, channel executions and customer strategy. Grow share of total skincare via retailer category eventing - agreeing investment levels, channel mix and leading on media execution for 2P levers. Deliver always on transactional media strategy leveraging retailer CRM audiences, and customer segmentation strategies to deliver growth and drive retention.

Services, 1P & DTC

Define and accelerate our 1P acquisition strategy via media, reviewing performance for sustainable database growth. Support in the delivery services discoverability and grow our services interactions and musicality via media. Leadership of the affiliate channel, management of agency relationship, defining commission levels, tenancy activations and negotiating packages.

Additional Responsibilities

Scope and execute quarterly performance tests across the brands including launching new channels, alongside collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and insights. Support and manage the development of junior members within the team, including direct line management, and upskilling within the division.
