Reporting to the HR Services Director in Manchester, you will lead our UK&I HRIS team to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and seamless integration of our global SuccessFactors platform.
- System & Roadmap Ownership: Manage SuccessFactors configurations, testing, and new feature releases.
- Data & Analytics: Drive data quality excellence, delivering strategic insights to the HR Leadership Team.
- Project Leadership: Lead local and group integration projects as the local subject matter expert.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global, zone, and local teams to streamline HR processes and automate workflows.
