A Day in the Life As the Head of HR Services and Payroll for the UK & Ireland, you will lead the teams that form the backbone of our employee experience, ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant HR operations. You will be a key leader within our HR community, reporting to the HR Services Director, and will be instrumental in shaping the future of our HR service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead & Develop: Guide and mentor the HR Services and Payroll teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement as a hands‑on people manager.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee all payroll and HR administration processes, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all UK and Irish regulations.
- Strategic Improvement: Identify and implement strategic enhancements to our systems and processes, managing complexity and conflicting priorities to boost efficiency and elevate the employee experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the key expert and partner for senior leadership, Finance, and HR Business Partners on all matters related to payroll and HR operations.
