A Day in the Life
- Campaign Launch Support: Support the development of unique in-store presentations for new product launches.
- Brand Consistency: Prepare and distribute launch guidelines, planograms, and manage store refit artwork.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and summarise monthly visual merchandising trends.
- Operational Excellence: Manage purchase orders (POs), update databases, and champion sustainable POS materials.

We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and highly organised future leader. You have:
- Visual Merchandising: interest and a passion for the retail landscape.
- Project Management: skills to coordinate multiple launch timelines.
- Collaboration: mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: to ensure flawless brand execution.
- Analytical Thinking: to track competitor trends.
Eligibility: No prior degree, GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent), and BBC at A-Level (or equivalent).
