Are you a social storyteller who lives for the "big idea"? We're looking for a creative powerhouse to own our social activation and content strategy. In this role, you won't just follow trends—you'll set them. From inventing viral hooks and building elite brand tribes to launching bold social commerce strategies on TikTok Shop, you will be the architect of our digital advocacy. If you have a sharp eye for talent and the creative spark to turn a moment into a movement, your next big career chapter starts here.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Own social activation & content strategy in line with brand calendar
  • Inventing the big social idea & hook as part of the wider campaign and media plan
  • Identifying the right talent for campaigns (new faces & key VIP drivers) – creation of brand tribes
  • Create content for advocacy/social only campaigns & boosting best content on paid media

Social Commerce

  • Build a bold social commerce strategy on TikTok shop identifying top social sellers and aligning activation alongside key calendar moments driven by NPD and social gems
  • Responsible for Amazon Prime Day plans and activation – selecting key influencers, products and messaging working alongside the e.com activation team
  • Boosting of trend-led "pull" content
  • Ownership of reactive media pot to boost trend lead content

Relationships

  • Own relationships with talent & agents that we use in paid campaigns
  • Identifying right talent – creation of brand tribes & tracking of influencer performance in Tracker for paid campaigns
  • Paid performance reporting
  • Driving performance of share of voice on social and reporting monthly
  • Post campaign analysis of influencer campaigns via Traackr reporting
  • Tracking & reporting of CPV / CPE & optimization of spends

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have skills relating to influencer expertise, social content creation, social platform expertise such as reporting, new formats and managing talents
  • Creative eye with attention to detail
  • Passion for sharing socially relevant information
  • Ability to work & updates are provided to key stakeholders
  • Ability to show evidence of working in a fast paced and demanding workplace
  • Excellent team player who loves collaborating and is willing to pitch in and support the wider team where required
  • Proficient at creating and maintaining an authentic brand voice across branded social media platforms
  • Understanding of social media management and analytics tools
