This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our talent strategy as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. You will be a key strategic partner, initially supporting our newly acquired DMI (Direct-to-Market & Innovation) brands and our dynamic Retail business. This new, evolving role is designed to build a future-ready talent for our most creative and innovative teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as the dedicated TA business partner for DMI and Retail, building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and develop effective, forward-thinking recruitment strategies.
- Expert Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent for niche, creative roles, with a focus on Global Marketing and Design. You will build and nurture talent networks, thinking beyond traditional sourcing methods.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders, from initial briefing to onboarding.
- Building for the Future: Proactively build talent pipelines for anticipated needs as we continue to grow and integrate new brands, ensuring we have the right talent to drive our business forward.

You have highly experienced in Talent Acquisition, with a track record of hiring for creative, marketing, or design-led roles. You possess a strong business acumen and the ability to operate as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. You are a master of sourcing, with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage with niche talent pools. You excel at stakeholder management and can build influential relationships across the business. You have a sensitivity for design and an understanding of the creative world, which will be key to your success.
