Reporting to the Brands Finance Director, you will act as a strategic co‑pilot for the Consumer Products Division, orchestrating the consolidation of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) across our iconic brands. Lead budget consolidation for the division's A&P, ensuring alignment with financial targets and providing insightful analyses. Ensure accurate budget, forecast, and month‑end reporting for Consumer Engagement and Touchpoint (CET) P&L lines with a focus on Media and Advocacy. Collaborate with Marketing, media agency, finance and non‑finance partners to drive strategic decisions. Support and challenge decisions through ROI analysis and continuously improve financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance or related field; CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification is a plus.
- Highly experienced in a FP&A role, ideally within a consumer goods or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into clear actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; partnership across a matrix organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
