Advocacy & Influence Lead - Professional Products Division

We are looking for a dynamic, strategically minded Advocacy & Influence Lead to own and elevate our advocacy, influencer, and social commerce strategy. This role sits at the intersection of brand, media, and culture — responsible for driving influence, earned visibility, and social performance across all platforms, shaping how our brands show up and connect with consumers.

As a key member of the brand leadership team, you will lead the end-to-end advocacy strategy — from influencer partnerships and creator content to retail media, social commerce, and full-funnel amplification. You will combine sharp strategic thinking with creative instinct, balancing data and storytelling to deliver measurable business impact.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead the advocacy and influence strategy across the brand, through a best-in-class influencer and creator ecosystem across omni-channel marketing estates including harmonising the B2C & B2B programmes.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team covering influencer marketing, advocacy, and social content.
  • Develop integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels — ensuring influencer activations ladder up to brand strategy and performance goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Media, E-commerce, and Retail teams to align on strategy, KPIs, and execution excellence.
  • Oversee content creation and amplification, from briefing and production through to measurement and optimization.
  • Manage large-scale budgets with clear ROI accountability across influencer, content, and social media investments.
  • Drive social commerce growth, integrating advocacy into retailer ecosystems.
  • Steer local execution of global campaigns, ensuring brand equity, consistency, and local market relevance.
  • Build senior stakeholder confidence, presenting strategies, creative ideas, and results to leadership teams.
  • Manage Global Spokesperson Activations & End to End communications.
  • Plan strategic experiential eventing and manage agencies to deliver best in class, relevant brand experiences.
  • Champion innovation, identifying new platforms, creators, and partnerships that drive cultural and business impact.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in agency or in-house in advocacy, influencer, or social media leadership within a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy and execution across influencer, earned, owned, and paid media.
  • Deep understanding of the modern media mix, including retail media, performance, and social commerce.
  • Experienced in managing large budgets and delivering ROI-driven influencer programs.
  • Creative thinker with strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident team leader, capable of inspiring and developing talent in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong understanding of global campaign deployment and local market adaptation.
  • Passion for beauty, culture, and innovation — with a pulse on what’s next in social and digital.
  • Experience of working with professional hairdressers, salons, MUA’s and derms.
