Do you get energised by shaping brand narratives through authentic, powerful connections? Kiehl’s is searching for a Senior Advocacy & Influence Manager to elevate how we show up in culture. In this role, you won’t just manage advocacy - you’ll redefine it. You’ll lead the charge in developing innovative, insight-driven campaigns that inspire our community, spark conversation, and set new standards for influence. You’ll be designing and executing high-impact influencer and social-boosting strategies, turning consumer and cultural insights into compelling stories that resonate across the UK & Ireland. From crafting breakthrough creative concepts to building long-term advocacy strategies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect, engage and grow.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Strategise, lead and execute the advocacy and influence strategy, setting KPI forecasts and delivering measurable, commercial results.
  • Develop and deliver 360 communications campaigns that connect advocacy, social, PR and media to drive maximum reach and impact.
  • Own the advocacy budget, prioritising investment through consumer insight and business needs.
  • Build integrated, high-impact campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with A&I agencies, global teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive advocacy for product and brand and find ways to tap into UK culture during relevant key consumer periods.
  • Analyse performance and ROI, delivering clear insights, reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously innovate, bringing new ideas, formats and technologies that elevate advocacy effectiveness.
  • Oversee all paid advocacy reporting and budget control with accuracy and accountability.
